Classes have a non-refundable deposit.  See class specifics.  This covers materials, bookings, etc that were purchased in anticipation of the student.

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy.  Cancel and request a refund for your reading or class at least 48 hours before your session to receive a refund (minus the deposit if applicable).  If the cancelation occurs within the 48 hours, the reading or class may be transferred to a different date one time.
